As a luxury boutique wedding planning, design, and floral studio based in the breathtaking landscapes of Whistler, Canada, we specialize in crafting modern classic celebrations infused with elegance, and the essence of nature.

Erin Kincaid

PLANNER & CREATIVE

Born and raised in Whistler, BC, Erin has a strong connection to the environment coupled with extensive knowledge of venues and settings throughout the Sea to Sky. With over 20 years of event experience, Erin has played an integral part in planning some of Whistler’s most prestigious events.

Creating memories for couples and the closest people in their lives, Erin intertwines professional and personal into one. She has the heart to make your event as memorable as you could ever imagine, but with the direction to plan and follow through in order to make your dreams come to fruition.

Between events, Erin can be found enjoying the outdoors with her partner Jason; riding bikes and hiking or hanging in the garden in the summer and snowboarding with a heavy dose of apres in the winter. She enjoys having some laughs over wine with friends or drinking tea by the fire with her kitty, Tuskar – always dreaming of her next adventure.

As Whistler’s only full-time floral and planning team, we’re proud to offer year-round support and a deeply collaborative approach. Working side by side through every season allows us to bring consistency, connection, and intention to each celebration. Every element is managed in-house, ensuring the care, quality, and calm presence you deserve from the very beginning to the final send-off.
